Swift Pro is a $10/month service. You will be billed $10 every month until you cancel. Payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated for partial months, but you can cancel at any time and you won't be billed again.
At Proteus, we recognize that privacy is important. This document outlines the types of information we receive and collect when you use Proteus' products, such as Swift, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard your personal information.
Collection of Personal Information
Swift will ask you for some personal information during registration, including your name, email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. This is required in order to use the service and will not be shared with or sold to third parties, except as expressly outlined below. We will not collect personal information from you unless you have voluntarily given it to us.
We collect credit card information when you sign up for the Pro version of Swift. This information is used to fulfill your monthly subscription request only. If we have trouble processing your subscription, the personal information entered is used to contact you. We use a credit card processing company, which may retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
You may decline to provide personal information to us, although it will likely result in our features or services not functioning properly.
Collection of Non-Personal Information
We may ask for aggregate demographic information about visitors to your mobile site, including age, gender, location, ethnicity and income, which will be shared with our mobile advertising network partners. This information is not required, but will allow us to serve more targeted advertising to your visitors, which in turn provides a better experience for your site visitors.
We may combine information collected from you with information collected from other Swift users on an aggregate basis to better understand our users and to improve our services. Aggregated non-personal information may also be disclosed to potential advertisers and/or business partners.
Proteus uses cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience. Cookies are small information files stored by your browser on your hard drive that allow us to provide advanced features such as personalization and to learn about how you use our services in order to improve the quality. The cookies we use do not contain any personal information. You may refuse cookies in your browser, although some of our features or services, such as automatic log in, may not function properly as a result.
Our servers may automatically record some non-personal information when you visit the Swift website, such as IP address, pages viewed, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request.
Uses of Information Collected
We use your personal information to manage your account and to provide you with the Swift services. When you register with Swift, you represent that your responses are accurate, so that we can serve you more efficiently and effectively.
We may use your personal information for internal auditing and analysis to operate and improve Proteus technologies and services.
We may share information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services. We will make good faith efforts to provide you access to your personal information upon request and to let you correct such data if it is inaccurate and delete it.
We may use your personal information from time to time to send you email communications about Swift or other Proteus products, including but not limited to, a welcome email message or important service-related announcements. You may opt out of receiving any additional marketing communications.
By sending us a comment through our Feedback Form, you allow us to contact you in response to the comment or question via email, phone or text message.
By using Swift, you consent to the collection of the information described above by Proteus. Proteus reserves the right at our discretion to change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time. If we modify our privacy policy, we will post any changes on this page so you can always be up to date on the information we collect and how we use it. We take security very seriously and have put in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and us or information stored on the website or our servers will always be free from unauthorized access by third parties or hackers. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership or joint venture between the parties and neither Proteus nor you shall hold itself out as the agent of the other, except as set forth in this Agreement. Proteus may publicly refer to you as a user of the Swift service and/or use your trademark and logo in any manner, including as a part of Proteus' client lists or case studies, or in other promotional information, including, but not limited to, press releases, brochures, reports, letters, white papers, and electronic media such as email or Web pages.
Proteus believes in democratizing the mobile Web, and Swift is a free service for creating mobile websites. We respect our users' ownership of and responsibility for the content they choose to include on their mobile sites. It is not our desire, nor is it reasonable, to review all content posted on Swift sites and stored on the Proteus servers.
In order to uphold these values, we need to curb abuses that threaten our ability to provide this free service. As a result, there are some boundaries on the type of content that can be hosted with Swift. The boundaries we've defined are those that both comply with legal requirements and that serve to enhance the service as a whole. Please respect these guidelines. We reserve the right to change our content policies from time to time.
Users may not publish or include any material that is outlined below. If we find Swift users in violation of this content policy, we reserve the right to remove offending content and/or suspend or terminate the user's account immediately, with or without notice. In addition, an offending user may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

This means that you, and not Proteus, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Swift service. Proteus does not control the content posted via Swift and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Under no circumstances will Proteus be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the service.
